Senior Data Entry Specialist

High Tech Genesis is looking for a Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for working with ERP systems, then this position is tailored to your interests. It entails being responsible for ensuring accurate information documentation and overseeing personal project management.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Data Entry: Enter pricing and commercial terms data into our price management system (Agile PCM) with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, verify, and clarify data to ensure its accuracy and relevance. • Procedure Adherence: Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and management, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards. • Data Quality: Be accountable for the overall quality and integrity of the data within the system, taking proactive measures to rectify discrepancies or errors as needed. • Autonomy: Work independently and proactively to complete data entry tasks, requiring minimal supervision while maintaining data quality standards. • Pressure Handling: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and maintain data accuracy even in high-pressure situations, such as tight deadlines or increased data volumes.

Required skills and experience: • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy • Strong communication skills to articulate effectively with stakeholders • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks concurrently • Familiarity with data entry and management systems, particularly Agile PCM, is a plus • Adherence to established procedures and guidelines • Previous experience working in a data entry or similar role is preferred • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
