Software Developer

High Tech Genesis is seeking a feature developer to work on the MSX platform, utilizing the latest technologies and cutting-edge products. Your responsibilities include: • Take on scrum software development assignments to design and develop • Research solutions to technical challenges • Unit test your code • Peer review other people’s code • Perform code demonstrations and presentations to management • Assist other team members overcome technical challenges as able

Required skills and experience: • 3+ years of experience as a software developer working on a team • 2 years of experience developing with Golang • 2 years of experience developing with React • 2+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS • 1+ years of Microservices and Docker/Kubernetes • 2+ years of Rest API development • 2+ years of experience developing database code • 2+ years of Linux • 2+ years of a source code repository like Git, or Perforce, or other • Developer experiences working with Jenkins • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Desirable skills: • Python is a strong optional • Kafka • Angular or another JS/TS framework • Cloud: Aws, or Azure, or OpenStack • TCP/IP Networking (Bonus points for CCNA)
