Web Developer

Y5 Creative is seeking an experienced Web Developer to develop, customize, maintain and optimize responsive websites and web-based solutions.

The successful candidate will work with modern web technologies, content management systems and website hosting platforms while collaborating with designers, project managers and clients.

Job Duties

• Consult with clients and design teams to establish website requirements and technical specifications.

• Develop, customize and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.

• Design and implement website architecture, layouts, templates and custom functionality.

• Convert design files and prototypes into responsive, functional websites.

• Configure and maintain content management systems and website page builders.

• Manage website hosting environments and perform routine technical maintenance.

• Perform website migrations, staging, deployments, backups and DNS/SSL configuration.

• Test, troubleshoot and optimize website functionality, performance, security and accessibility.

• Integrate third-party APIs, analytics tools, forms and website services.

• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies where appropriate, to support coding, debugging and testing.

• Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing website support.
